Acid Base Basics - Metabolic Vs Respiratory, Compensation, Acute Vs Chronic | Clinical Medicine

Here we dive into using the arterial blood gas to determine acidosis vs alkalosis and then the bicarbonate and carbon dioxide levels to determine if it is primary metabolic or respiratory.
